All Returns are subject to a 10% or a maximum of $50 restocking fee (fee are for re-boxing rims) unless the seller is at fault. The buyer is considered at fault when he/she changes his/her mind, refuses shipment for any reason, gives wrong shipping address, and etc. The buyer is also responsible for the return and replacement shipping charges. Returned or Exchanged wheel(s) must not be INSTALLED, MOUNTED OR MODIFIED in any manner. We recommend test fitting wheels before mounting on tires. Wheels sent back to seller must be shipped prepaid and insured. Refund will be given on product only. Refund will not be given on labor, shipping, or any other charges other than the price of the product. The buyer must contact the seller within 2 working days after receiving the product about any defect or shipping damage.

Call 1-909-989-1807 or e-mail us prior to returning the merchandise for an RMA number and return instructions. Items returned without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted.

Returned items must arrive to us in "new" condition and in the original packaging. Items not in new condition will be refused.

We highly encourage you to insure any items returned to WWW.MotorsportsR.com (International Wheel Concepts, Inc.) as this will protect you if damages occur during shipping. In the event damages occur during shipping, the "shipper" or person sending the parcel needs to file the claim. Please insure any shipments as this will protect your purchased items.

Sportmax (XXR) manufacturer Warranty

All new wheels are covered by manufacturer 1 year basic warranty. The basic manufacturer warranty covers materials and workmanship only. All wheels must be inspected by the manufacturer before a credit or replacement can be issued. In the case where your wheels are no longer available, we can only credit you for the one (1) wheel that has the defect but not the other three (3) non-defective wheels. The buyer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping charges. The seller or manufacturer is not responsible for your lost of time or money.

SportMax (XXR) Wheel’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at SportMax Wheel’s option, without charge excluding freight if product is found to be defective.

This Warranty does not apply to:

• Wheels that have been damaged in transit, by accident, misuse or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered.

• Wheels damaged due to adverse weather conditions and road chemicals

• Wheels that have not been installed or cared for in accordance with Recommendations.

• Wheels that have been installed with tires that exceed the recommended size or used with excessive vehicle loads

• Wheels that have been installed with other than Sportmax approved accessories.

• Wheels used Off-road or for racing.
